Back on Track

OK OK I might have been kicking myself a lot yesterday, but I am back on track thanks to all my friends. They all have been telling me that I have done so well and that I am an inspiration to them. Tammy especially lets me know that I am doing well.

I need to drink more water. I have been getting muscle cramps and a horrific migraine today. I do believe it is because of dehydration. So if you see me say drop that coffee and pick up a bottle of water.

All of us from the radio station contest got together for a personal training workout tonight. It is great to actually see how well everyone is doing. I do admit it is nice to have some healthy competition with Steve on the other team. I need to get out of this Plato I am in so I can really show him up. LOL.
